go to, www.lowcarbeating.com

I hear (from the local GNC) that Atkins is discontinuing the low carb mixes for pancakes, cornbread, cookies, etc. They sell like hotcakes! Pun intended.
What gives?

Hello,
My name is Michelle. I am 33, married and mom to 7 kiddos. I just started the
induction phase of Atkins on Monday and so far I’m ok just really, really
tired. I have a real horrible time sticking to diets so everyday that I get
through eating the Atkins way makes me feel pretty good. Although making all the
way through the 14 days will make me feel wonderfful LOL. I figured joining some
of the Atkins groups would really help me out and be a comfort to me.
I look forward to knowing you all more better..
Oh yeah and I have 100+lbs to lose,

Hey Michelle, my name is Stacy and I have 3 boys: twins age 9 and a 6y/o.
They keep me pretty busy, plus I am going to nursing school during the day and
working the overnight shift at the hospital here in town ( Joplin, Mo.). I
know what you mean when you say you are having trouble with diets. I need to
lose at least 70 lbs. and seem like I am getting no where. My problem is that I
do not have enough time for my self to even start a diet. Have any advice? I
think getting on and chatting with someone in the same boat might help. What do
you think? Give me a shout sometime and we can maybe help each other through
the fatness.

also at Subway you can take any of their sandwiches and have them make a
salad out of it … as long as you stick to one that is low carb to start
with it should be ok .
