Fried or baked chicken “flour”

Why not use ground nuts for a coating substitute for flour. Works
like a charm. Or even Atkins baking mix. I’ve used Parmesan cheese
to make chicken wings for a quick snack.
I’m new to this group, but had been on Atkins when it first came out
in the ’70’s. I’m mostly a meat/poultry/fish eater so I don’t miss
the veggies or fruits. I’m also a very ‘hard’ loser so I have to go
back to induction every so often. Also not as young as I was 25 or
so years ago which may be a factor as well. :-) I’m sure I can get some new inspiration from this group.
