cheating

I can’t believe I cheated today. I ate cool whip with my sugar free jello
and had a shot of whiskey. What a Sunday backslide! Does this mean I am
starting over? It wasn’t beer, wine or bread! I didn’t eat ice cream or
cookies! Am I going to be okay?

I need some advice desperately! I’ve been away for the weekend just
at the end of my two week induction period and have pigged out on all
the wrong things like chocolate! Has anyone else done this? Am really
worried that it will jeopardise all my efforts and will now put loads
of the weight back on. Can anyone put my mind to rest, give advice
    etc.

One of the biggest reasons why I don’t cheat is because I know it
will upset my stomach or give me a headache or both.
I feel great now and want to keep up the momentum!

I just wanted to share why I am not cheating on my diet again. On
Sunday they had a birthday cake for some people at church so I ate a
small slice. Then a lady gets all this free bread from Panera so I ate
quite a bit of bread. I just couldn’t sleep that night. My system just
went into shock and did not know what to do with all those carbs. I
even took 3 sleeping pills and couldn’t sleep. So yesterday I was extra
good, very little carbs and I actually slept. I felt like I was on a
high on Sunday. Weird, never will eat that many carbs again.
