todays choices
Today I had:
8:30 AM 2 eggs with 1/4 c browned ground chicken and 1 oz Sharp cheddar cheese made into an omelet cooked in butter
9:50 AM 4 dried pepperoni chips
10:20 AM pork rinds
NO idea why but had munchies so bad and didn’t want to totally blow it so ate foods that are legal but ones I probably didn’t really need.
1:00 PM 1 chix thigh (leftover from weekend grilled over open fire so kind of Cajun style pork rinds and a string cheese. 6:15 PM salad, 1 T dressing, 1 slice tomato, 1/2 cup cooked broccoli with butter, chili kabobs (found recipe on Atkins site which said 2 g Carbs) finished off with 1/4 cup gelatin and some cream mixed together. so how do I know what the total carb amount is? Like how much is a cup of salad? I am sorry for all the questions. Once I get how to total things I will be ok. It is not so easy to go from counting points (WW) to this totally different kind of thinking process :0) Thanks, Karyn
