Wednesday, April 30th, 2003hey all you newbies. it is very important that you take a potassium supplment. this way of eating for weight loss drains your potassium, and it must be supplmented.
most people find that 400mg/day in 4 separate doses, (100mg each dose) is about right.
if you are having muscle pain, leg cramps, or cramping anywhere in the body, chances are it is due to potassium difficiency. potassium is cheap. go get some.
and if you have not read the atkins book, read it. if you can’t buy it, check it out at the library.
