boil eggs, remove yolks and add mayo and paprika, salt & pepper to taste. i really like sweet pickle relish added too, but i don’t have any of the splenda sweetened pickles that i heard about earlier today. you can bet i’m gonna get some!
some people put chopped oninion in as well, (yuck)

How long can you keep this home-made mayo in the fridge? Sounds good.

here is how I make mine.. : )
Take the yolks out and mash them.. add some plain yellow mustard and some mayo
or mirical whip ( watch those carbs) add a bit of vinegar and some Splenda for
that sweet and tangy taste.. add these things a little bit at a time so you dont
make this mixture too runny.. they are really good! : ) You just have to add a
little bit at a time and taste it as you go to make sure you get it the way it
tastes good to you. : )
