hint on dev eggs
I make my deviled eggs the same way most of you do….but while working in restaurants, found that the easiest, least mess way to fill them back up is to simply put the filling in a baggie, snip the end off, and use baggie like a pastry bag, and just squirt the mix into the egg white….done in a minute, then toss the bag away .

all sounds good, but don’t forget to salt the water (that you boil the eggs in)
it helps the shells come off easier.
