Its only been 8 days. And keep in mind that it takes apx. 48 hours for all the carbs to leave your system when you start so you lose 2 of those days. Its too soon for you to be saying this. Give us an example of what your eating and we can see if your eating something that may cause you problems and relax. If your doing all the right things, its impossible for you not to lose weight and inches. It may take longer to start see'ing it but you will.
