I am up to a pack a day
Of tic - tacs that is.. 1 g of sugar no carbs.. and that is helping
me with the overwhelming cravings (3 days in) but I can honestly say
the world has not made it easy for me… lets see yesterday the boss
feeling really loving brouhgt in 2 dozen fresh doughnuts… and then
today because the “BIG Boss” was here they had a luncheon with
everything including chocolate chip cookies the size of small
plates. As I filled my mouht with green salad.. passed on the
catered lunch and sucked on the tic tacs I wondered does the craving
for the bad stuff ever end???
