I absolutely agree with that. Tomorrow marks the end of week 2. I will be staying on induction a good long while because I want to lose nearly 100 pounds. I am taking the recommended supplements and with the exception of two days ago, I have had virtually no cravings. I am still having 1 diet coke per day. I haven’t shaken caffeine totally yet. I think I have lost about 12 pounds. It fluctuates a little to freak me out but I just keep going anyway. Ketosis is firmly in place and I intend to keep it there. Someone said how one cheating episode totally derailed them, well I have that problem too so the solution is just don’t do it.
I am also pleased to add that my support group is growing. Not only is my husband on the plan but my sister and dad are ready to start. That will make family gathering much easier! I am pleased that they are ready to commit to better health.
Almost time to dig out the next LOWER size in my closet of six sizes. Yeah!

I did WW’s, Nutra System and a few others with the same results and suffered all the way. I haven’t suffered with Atkins. For me, the weight loss is slow, but consistent and I don’t get the cravings nearly as bad as on the other diets.
Sincerely,
Randolph Jones

Jill,
Our weight goes up and down as the day goes on. My weight can fluctuate 5 lbs per day. Don’t let that get you down. Your doing great!

Steph, any feedback on this one so far? I’m waiting. I bought the cauliflower yesterday.
