20 carbs more/less
I just want to say…
Some people can get away with eating less the 20 carbs per day but others may have problems with it because when your body don’t get enough carbs, it goes into starvation mode. When that happens your body actually produces its own sugar and your metabolism slows down. Diabetics would know this. If they dont eat enough in a day, they can take a blood sugar reading and their sugar may be high and that is the reason for it. Our bodies are using fat as its fuel sourse but carbs play a very important part in keeping your cells healthy.
