I AM SO DEPRESSED
I HAVE NOT BEEN LOOSING WEIGHT SINCE THE 5 DAYS I STARTED MY DIET AND I AM VERY STRICT WITH IT …….. does anybody ever experienced this ??
i think i feel a little more loose in my clothes though ..
i have 10 pounds to lose ……………i would love to hear from you guys !

Isabelle — Me, too. I think it’s because we have so little to lose. I started at 125 - 126. Want to go down to 111 or 109. You don’t say what you started with (same as now, right? :<) but I’d bet your BMI is also low. Mine is at the bottom of the chart.
Still I know something is happening, because I was gaining trying to do the low fat diet. My husband needs to lose at least 30 pounds, and this is why we started it. We had nothing but low fat foods, fruits and vegetables. That was February, and I gained 8 pounds. He gained more than that! That was really scary.
When I just eat what I want, I stay right around 118. Anyway, this is day 12, and I’m 119 today, but was doing 121-122-121-122, day after day for the first week.
AND — the size six capris I bought two weeks ago are now LOOSE. So I’m losing something here, whether the scale knows it or not.
Another problem is, (cough cough) the constipation. Lots in, zippo out. Hmmmm.
