big thanks you and progress report
hiya, a big big thank you to everyone here for the messages you post
and the support and help for the messages i post, it’s really helped
me get thru this induction, and i’ve lost about 11lb’s i’m going to
continue with induction till i lose about another 10lb’s if i can,
tho i know it could slow up a bit now, so you’re stuck with me for a
while yet.
