one week and NOTHING!

ok guys i have to admit i almost ditched everything last night- it
was my first time to stwp ont he scale in a week and i made my
boyfriend go first because he is doing this with me and he had lost
5lbs this even after a great party on friday where he consumed way to
many carbs and then with hope because he had ewven said he could tell
a difference in my body i stepped on and there it was the same number
it had been the week before and i was even the good girl drinking
only water at the party- very upsetting- i even cried a little- i
have been running and doing yoga and some pilates moves. not sure
what the problem is but all i have had today is an atkins shake and
water just because i was in too much of a hurry to make eggs.. some
words of advice would be greatly appreiated! anyone i n the same boat?

    If that is all you ate you lost weight! Like the other responder said, stay away
    from the Atkins shakes for now and only eat the foods on the list. You can
    find the induction foods on the internet by searching google or buying the
    book. Try search “atkins oysters” or something strange that should be on
    the list. I may basically stay on induction for the 2 months with the addition
    of some nuts and fruits, to expedite weight loss. I read it is healthy to do
    so,
    somewhere.

    Make sure you weigh yourself in the same clothing and at the same time of
    the day. I weigh myself every morning when I wake up, it is fun. I made a
    computer program to track my weight.
