		<description>If that is all you ate you lost weight! Like the other responder said, stay away
from the Atkins shakes for now and only eat the foods on the list. You can
find the induction foods on the internet by searching google or buying the
book. Try search "atkins oysters" or something strange that should be on
the list. I may basically stay on induction for the 2 months with the addition
of some nuts and fruits, to expedite weight loss. I read it is healthy to do
so,
somewhere.
