Subject: 8th day on Atkins plan!!!!
Hi Barbara and welcome. I’m sorry that no one responded to your posts. I
guess I am guilty of that crime too…i read them daily for inspiration but
rarely post back. Sorry… Your post caught my eye because I too am from
Massachusetts. Where in MA are you…I am in Rehoboth (small little cow
town…lol)
I have been doing Atkins for a while now… I did stop for 2 weeks here and
there but I really enjoy this way of life and its the only way I see results.
Hit my high of 232 in January and started then. Since then I have lost 23
pounds fairely easily…would have been more if i didnt stop for a few weeks.
I take paxil for anxiety attacks and it is supposed to slow down your weight
loss but I am doing well enough to keep going. I am 35 years old, married
with 3 kids….14, 12, and 6. Just wanted to welcome you to the group wish you
