Should I move into OWL?

Hi there,
I have 18 pounds left to lose. I’ve been on induction for about a
month and a half. I lose 1-4 pounds/week. How much time should I
leave to go through all the phases of this diet? I’m not bored with
induction or anything, so do you think it would be wise to stay on
induction a bit longer or move over to OWL? I, of course, want to
follow the diet correctly but also want to lose weight the quickest
way. By the way, I have lost almost 60 pounds total in about 10
months, the last 25 have been with Atkins.

    Wow! Congrats on the weight loss!!!
    You could probably start working your way into OWL, not sure. Maybe
    add 5 carbs to your daily diet (25total) for a week and see how you
    do? If you stop losing weight, you know you have to back off and
    stay at 20 carbs to lose weight.
