Am I doing it correctly?

Yes I have read the book 2 or 3 times, but am I following it
correctly? This is what I intake for a day. Breakfast a hard boiled
egg, a couple links of Turkey sausage, and a few glasses of water. If
I want to nibble on something in the morning I have a few Pork Skin
Rinds, or a sugar free ice pop. Lunch I have a salad, a few slices of
turkey breast, and a few slices of cheese. If I crave something in
the afternoon I’ll have a hard boiled egg and just a few slices of
chicken breast. Dinner last night we had 80% groundbeef patties with
a slice of cheese, I had 2 with a small salad. By this time of the
day I have drank about 5 glasses of water. I’ll have 1 cup of decafe
coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 and no sugar a day. I do my treadmill
everyday at least 20 minutes but usually 30 minutes a day. In 2
months I have lost about 20 pounds, went down almost 2 sizes in pants
and 2 sizes in shirts. I am happy at my weight loss so far, but
should I be losing more? And what can I do to increase my weight loss
