Stuck at one weight
Sunday, May 30th, 2004I have been stuck or should I say up and down between 160 and 162 for a
couple of weeks now! The only thing I have added since induction is pecans( 1/4
a
cup a day ) and atkins peanut butter cups ( 1 a day ). I am still staying
under 20 carbs. Beginning today, I am going back to induction. Staying under
20
carbs, no nuts, no candy bars!! I am hoping this will get me over the
slump!! I have 15 lbs to go to goal weight!! I was thinking does it just slow
down
alot when you don’t have much to lose??? Maybe that is my problem??? Sharon
