New to list, just started induction

Hi everyone,
My name is Larry and my wife and I just started Atkins induction on October 13.
The first few days were terribly difficult as I had a lot of addictions to
break, caffeine and going out to lunch every day and eating whatever being about
the toughest. Man do I miss morning coffee! However, about Thursday of last
week things turned around and I can honestly say that I’ve never felt better in
my entire life. This diet is amazing. I’ve discovered if I just think of it as
a different life style and way of eating and not as a diet it works better.
I’ve dropped about 10 pounds but that was last Saturday and I’m not weighing in
until Friday after work. Not owning a scale helps with that. Truth be told
though, I’ve never eaten this well. The food is great and we are much
healthier. Just a note to folks who liked drinking soda before Atkins, Diet
Rite now makes soda with Splenda (forget the technical name) and it is the best
diet pop I’ve ever had.
Just curious about something though and pardon the bluntness of the question.
We are using fiber pills and they have helped a bit but this diet or some side
effect of it is really causing a problem. Any food on this diet that we can eat
that is really high in fiber and will be helpful. This is rough on the system!
