on “crystal light” first - I see that this has been discussed in-
depth…
please disregard - and all have a great day!

More specifically, the powdered Crystal Light is made with aspartame, a
no-no, while the bottled Crystal Light uses Splenda and, therefore, is an
“accepted” drink.

Aspartame slows weight loss in some people, but not all. DH drinks the powdered
crystal light and it did not slow his weight loss at all. However for some
people it may slow the weight loss. It is a YMMV thing

Is Crystal Light allowed during Induction? I think it is but I want
to make sure.

Sorry if I missed the strain, but can you drink Crystal Light on
Induction? Even the weakly mixed?
Thanks,
