Worried

Greetings all!, I am halfway through Dr. Atkins fantastic book. I
have always been a meat eater so following the low carb plan wasnt a
prob. But today i pigged out on pepsi and i was wondering if im blew
it or not? I mean i had been doing well just eating meat cheese
etc… i even skipped my usual catsup condiment in favor of mustard.
I also cut my carbs to 24 grams a day. Is there still hope? , Dennis
