		<description>I realize that's what's "they" say....but most people probably cannot deduct
the sugar alcohols and find success in weight loss. The bars are full of
hidden carbs and your body has to burn the glycerin and alcohols before it
begins burning fat. I haven't heard of anyone who has not stalled when
eating these on a regular basis.
It does matter where our carbs come from...it's not enough to just count
them, they need to come from healthy sources such as veggies and salads,
just like Dr. Atkins said.
