i have my 3 meals planned then usually have a snack between lucnh and dinner
and if i am not up to enough carbs i’ll try to eat a little something a hr or
2 after dinner.
main things is to make sure you are getting enough calories and carbs, if you
don’t eat enough you won’t lose the weight!
