Your best bet is to stick to the induction list. Dr. Atkins gives us
a generous list of "salad" veggies that we can eat up to 3 cups of
and a list of other veggies that we have to limit to one cup a day.
If we eat a cup of those, then we have to cut back the 3 cups of
salad to 2 cups.
Good luck and are you sure you want to wait until Friday to get
