thanks john!!!
that was one thing i made sure i did, was to measure when starting this.
i’m not big into scales, people can’t see what you weigh, but they can tell
the size you are!
i would much rather lose the inches where that is noticable then rely soley
on what the scale says!
now if i could just afford to buy some new clothes, but i am still wearing
the same ol jeans, they fit ok straight out of the dryer, but within an hour i
am pulling them up!
want to get to at least 16 before i spend any money on clothes, and i have 1
pair of 18 jeans here all the rest are 20 & 22 so i am making do with what i
have, at least til after the holidays!

I guess I’m lucky. I refused to throw out clothes I grew out of on my way
up the scale, saying to myself one day soon I’ll wear these again so I have
a couple of boxes of jeans that will fit once I get lower and lower on the
scale. I’m eagerly looking forward to that If things go as I hope (and
have gone for the last 3 weeks consistently), by the end of this month, I’ll
be fitting into at least half of them! Then I’ll throw away my big jeans
and never look back… No more yo-yo for me… I will get down and stay down
at the weight I should be. John

i wasn’t one for throwing out clothes either, but then since i have been big
i don’t like buying the clothes either, i only had 2 pair of 22 jeans, 1-2 pr
of 20’s 1 18, so i am going thru the smaller ones now, but i haven’t been in a
16 or smaller in like almost 10 years i think somewhere along the way they
got tossed out or stuck out for yardsales!
but since i am so determined and eating this way for life now, i have already
decided that when i am down a full 2 sizes in each stage to throw out (or
ebay, yardsale or goodwill) the bigger sizes so i have no clothes left and that
will give me that much more incentive to never be there again!
