		<description>I am so excited got up this morning and I am down 7 lbs!! Of course I know
alot of it is water weight and will be slowing down but it has made me want to
keep it up!! I have been doing pretty good!! I have drank a few sips of coke
everyday! I just start getting a awful headache and I feel sick without a
little caffeine everyday!! I just don't know if I could go to work if I feel
that bad.....and I have to go to work! I don't work this weekend. So, I am
going to try to get the coke eliminated this weekend!! Hope everyone else is
doing good!! Let's hear from you!! Sharon</description>

		<description>Well I'm on day 4 and doing great, I've been keeping my carbs to 20g
without much difficulty. I am still having my two protein shakes a
day and my 1 atkins muffin with dinner (which is really not that
good, actually kinda gross, but it's sweet and smothered in butter,
it's sure keeps me from binging on valentines day chocolate!!!).
I'm not sure how much weight I've lost or if I even have, this
weekend I'll be taking my body fat and weighing myself... I wanna
lose 20lbs by the end of april... I guess if that means I must cut
out the shakes and gross muffins, then that's what I'll do!

Well, I'm on my 4th day of induction - without cheating even once. I
don't know if it is easier of harder being a restaurant owner?
Anyways, what worries me is that I'm not hungry AT ALL. I'll have an
omlette at about 11am, and then I don't get hungry for the rest of
the day. I forced myself to eat some lamb chops last night, just
because I know that I'm not eating enough. I feel bloated. WHY?
I don't think I'm over the feeling tired stage - this might also
be 'cause I'm not eating enough, right? I exercise 6 days a week for
at least 30 minutes. Should I eat more carbs? I have about 20lbs to
loose.
Your help will be greatly appreciated!
