fat fast question

Shari,
According to Atkins, to do the fat fast you would only eat what is listed.
You shouldn’t munch on anything else that is low carb. The fat fast is
about eating very high fat and having only 1000 calories for the day.
Remember this is only to be resorted to by the metabolically resistant.
Shari, this doesn’t seem to have enough fat in it. You could add some mayo
to the chicken to increase the fat. I’m not sure how many calories are in
the cup of chicken either.
In my opinion, I don’t have to be so restrictive to get my body burning fat.
To rid myself of cravings and get back into ketosis, I do my own version of
the fat fast. It technically isn’t the same since I don’t bother counting
the calories. I just eat meat accompanied by something high in fat, to get
my percentages up.
I already posted some of what I may eat. Here it is again with other ideas
too.
Pork rinds with dill dip. (Dip is high in fat and I use it on lots of
things.)
Pork chops, chicken wings, hamburger, steak some of it in dill dip, mayo, or
sour cream.
Tuna with mayo.
Eating this way for a few days could possibly get you back on track. It is
definitely easier then the limited portions on the fat fast.
