Eating out and keeping count
Okay. How do you all keep count of your carbs when you eat out? I
know that like at most fast food places you can get a nutrition guide
that will tell you the info…and the diet carb counter that comes
with the atkins book tells you a few places….but I know that
getting hamburger is 0 carbs…but what about if you go and get
salads or steaks and such…most larger resturants (such as - o
charleys and other “non-fast food”) do not generally have it. So how
much do you count for dressing and so forth…just wanting to know
what you all do! Thanks.
