		<description>Teresa.. How GREAT for you!! 10 lbs on the first week.. WOW! Mine
was a couple of pounds less than you last week (my 1st week)..
I have also eaten some types of processed or canned meats on
occassion that have no carbs.. I don't think it is the healthiest
thing to do but on occassion we need convenience..
I also have a no carb relish.. when mixed with egg salad or chicken
salad.. even develed eggs.. it isn't so bad (and I use very very
little of it..)
Try not to forget to eat.. that might have been one of the reasons
that you were so tired when you got home!! Not good for you.. Have
some cheese cubes or sliced meats with you so you can at least grab a
bite or two here and there..
As for the canned cheese.. look on the package and see what the
carbs are.. but again I must say it most likely isn't good for you
as it is a processed product...
