		<description>Chris, this is confirmed coffeholic talking. I have not stopped drinking
coffee. I merely passed over to decaf and that helps me over very very
much.

A friend of mine on Atkins since Sept 1 has lost 64 pounds. She did
not stop drinking coffee and had no problems as a result. I'm going
to try no coffee and see how I am.
She also said that the first couple days of induction she
felt "weird" and "sort of like she was high" and sometimes "out of
body".

If I were you, I would abstain coffee until you notice some weight loss,
then gradually consume again (if you feel like you must) and track the
effects. If you're stilling losing, then you just be okay. Diet Coke
(with aspertame) also never cause any problem for me whatsoever. But
for many, it does. For everybody it's different. Good luck.

160 since 6/1/03, and would now like to lose another 10.</description>
