Smoke Quit
congrats on the “quit”, glad son had a happy outcome!
I am a ‘quitter’ also, but only can claim 3 months on the 12th. The weight gain
after quitting is at least part of the reason I’m on this diet. I’m proud of my
‘quit’, and I’ll be thrilled to get this weight under control again.

I was on 60 cigs per day when my son was injured. I stopped cold turkey
when they told me he would never come of the ventilator. Well, he did and
come 9 February, it will be 6 years smoke free for me. Stunning feeling!
Again, I did not allow myself options, for my son’s sake.
