1 week into this!!

Well, I have been on this for 1 week now. Weighed today and I have
lost 6 lbs. Great start for me. I hope all is well for everyone. Have

    I have only just started and I am spending most of my time just reading right
    now but could NOT resist commenting on Debbie’s story (along with a few
    others that posted)
    WHAT THE HECK!!????? I am absolutely sickened that people can be so plain old
    SENSELESS!! It would be really hard for me not to slap someone upside the
    head if I heard that–just to see if I could knock some sense into them!!
    Debbie–you did great — what a fab comeback–
    I also have to make sure and tell Teresa she had a good one!!!
