*Day 10
Okay, I guess its my turn to ask for a little advice. I am on Day 10 of
Induction, and my weight has been like a yo-yo. Scales have shown a 4 pound
loss twice, but usually just bouncing somewhere between the start weight and
that lower number. At this rate I would say consistently I could only brag on 1
or 2 pounds in 10 days, at most. I’m not finding this real acceptable!
Test strips are showing small to moderate Ketosis, Calories average 1478 daily,
have walked 1 to 4 miles each day, I drink 50-90 oz of water each day, have
followed the Induction do/do not list consistently, take Calcium and
multi-vitamin, 70% Fat/ 25% Protein/ 6% Carbs (26 carbs-6 fiber = 20 grams,
right?).
What else do I need to look at? I am recording everything in Fitday, from which
I got these averages.
