Canadian low carb suppliers
Just wondering where Canadians are finding the most low carb
products. GNC has a few things, muffins, bars, syrup, mac & cheese
that is $6.39 a box!!
I live in Edmonton and found a few things at a holistic grocery
store. I bought pizza crust (now what is a low carb tomato sauce?)
and soy flour and a really good hot cereal and soy flour pasta. But
it would be awesome to find some of the yummy products I see online.
Like the ice cream mix…I have gone 18 days without ice cream and
that is a life time record for me! Before Atkins, I had ice cream
almost every day. Also saw pasta mixes that were chicken alfredo,
mexican chicken, cheesburger that looked good.
Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Laura:, try Costco. Here in Kamloops BC they have been stocking their
shelves with low carb products.
