splenda question

Hi,
We are making the lemon cheesecake recipe and it calls for 2 packets of
splenda. I have the regular mix that isn’t in packets. Does anyone know the
equivalent measurement?

    I think this was asked before, but a search in the archives does not
    turn it up…
    I use the box of Splenda, not the packets. How much is in a packet?
    Some of my recipes ask for 2 packets of it, so I need to know how
    much to measure in out of the box.

    So tonight I was converting a recipe to splenda and made a few other adjustments
    (choc fudge)–it all boiled together, but then it separated and isn’t actually
    fudge now…..*taste is ok, but I can’t figure out what the top layer of oil
    is….the butter should have combined with the coco* Does boiling splenda make
    the properties weird?
