So tonight I was converting a recipe to splenda and made a few other adjustments
(choc fudge)--it all boiled together, but then it separated and isn't actually
fudge now.....*taste is ok, but I can't figure out what the top layer of oil
is....the butter should have combined with the coco* Does boiling splenda make
the properties weird?
Thanks

I think this was asked before, but a search in the archives does not
turn it up...
I use the box of Splenda, not the packets. How much is in a packet?
Some of my recipes ask for 2 packets of it, so I need to know how
much to measure in out of the box.
