Gourmet Sugar Free Chocolates
My FAVORITE chocolate company has a line of chocolates sweetened
with “maltitol”. Is that one of the sweeteners that is allowed?

Yes Maltitol is a sugar alcohol you are allowed on this diet. CAreful,
it has been known to stall the weight loss. I have bought chocolate and
keep it in my closet.
I usually have a bite or two when I want something sweet.
