First…. ewwwww tuna for breakfast! LOL
In my opinion, you are not eating enough. Seriously, you are eating
way too little to be on Atkins. You must eat more, you must eat more
fat protein and add vegetables to your diet. The way you are eating
by your example, you are starving your body and the weight loss will
come off slow, or it will after the first week or two. Your body is
going to be hanging on to all your body fat as a defense mechanism.
Anyone else agree?

Kimberly,
From the sample menu of what you are that one day, you are void of any
vegetables and cheese and not eating enough protein. Try adding more
and why not eat a whole can of tuna (in water) instead of a 1/2 can?
You can have it. Just some suggestions.
