new atkins dieter

HI ALL IM A BRAND NEW TO THE GROUP, AND THE DIET. I HAVE HEARD ABOUT
IT HERE AND THERE, AND HEARD A LADY SAY SHE LOST 195 POUNDS ON IT IN
LESS THAN A YEAR….WOW@!!!!YEAH THAT GOT MY ATTENTION. ID LIKE TO
LOSE 100 LBS. I HEARD YOU CAN EAT ALL THE MEAT ANY MEAT COOKED
ANYWAY….BUT THEN I HEARD YOU CANT GO TO KFC AND JSUT ORDER FRIED
CHICKEN CAUSE ITS BATTERED. ALSO, IM HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING ANY
FACTS ON BEEF LIVER, IS IT A MEAT OR IS IT NOT? AND DOES IT HAVE
CARBS, IS IT SAFE FOR THIS DIET? I DONT WANNA MESS UP.
SO I GUESS I AM JUST CONFUSED, I READ A LITTLE ABOUT THE INDUCTION,
WITH THE MEATS CHEESE AND EGGS, JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW I CAN HAVE
THEM, I GUESS.
DO ANY OF YOU ALL AHVE A MEAL IDEA, I CAN MAKE, IM SUFFERING HERE. IM
ON DAY 3 OF HAMBURGER PATTIES AND SCRAMMBLED EGGS WITH CHEESE, AND
DECAF TEA SWEETENED WITH SPLENDA…..I NEED A NEW MENU, LOL. THANKS
