On Induction - I “need” something sweet

Any suggestions? 5th day on into Induction, and I’m having terrible sweet
cravings after dinner (when hubby and I used to have dessert and coffee). I’m
thinking sugar free jello with whipping cream???
Can anybody tell me about the whipping cream thing? Do you just whip it
without anything else? Do you add Splenda? Can you keep it for a day or two,
once it’s made?
Other ideas about satisfying the sweet cravings?
HELP me please.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

    I made little “cloud morsels” by creaming together 8 oz of cream cheese,
    1 stick of butter and 1/2 c Splenda, adding a few drops of peppermint
    extract, and piping them onto a sheet of parchment. This batch made 80
    little nuggets, which I then froze and keep in baggies in the freezer.
    Whenever I need a little sweet, I pop one in my mouth and let it melt.
    It’s about half a carb per piece.
