    This has saved me. It doesn’t make much, but is enough to get me
    through (it would probably be easier to make if you doubled it). It
    tastes very rich and like dark chocolate so if you prefer milk choc,
    you might want add more splenda.
    2 TBL Cocoa
    1/4 cup heavy cream (2oz)
    1 packet splenda
    Whip with mixer until thickened, but not too much or it turns to
    chocolate butter LOL
