Fat addiction?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been on Induction for the past three weeks and have lost some
weight. I’m not too concerned about the poundage because I’ve
noticed that my pants fit me better so I know it’s working. :) My concern is that I seem to eat more fat than protein. In fact, I’m
worried that I’m getting addicted to fat. I used to HATE mayo…and
now I love putting extra in my egg salad. And the other night when I
was making some “mock” mashed potatoes with cauliflower, I caught
myself eating sour cream straight with a spoon…NEVER used to do
that.
Should I be increasing my protein intake? I think I’m eating more
fat than protein.
