Need help!
I am out of ketosis and I don’t know why. I keep my carbs under 20–
well under 20, like 13. Last week I was eating 1 cup of broccoli or
cauliflower and 2 c. lettuce. I ate some sugar free jello with
whipped cream, and I’ve been eating the bars so those things aren’t
new for me. When I get to something new, I’ll say so! On Monday, it
was my first day of “work” so I had to eat on the go. For breakfast,
I had like 3 slices of bacon and 1/2 of a slimfast low carb bar.
That was 1 carb. for lunch I had 2 cups of lettuce with 1/2 a
chicken breast, 6 little smokies beef sausages, and some jello and
whipped cream. This was maybe 6 carbs. For dinner I had a low carb
wrap from subway (8 grams of carbs)Then I ate 1 cup of cabbage and 3
little smokies which was 3.2 grams of carbs, for a total of 18.2
carbs. I have never had the cabbage before. I also drank 6 ounces of
Super Dieters Tea. There was no nutritional information for it. I
just assumed it was safe. I got up yesterday to find I was no longer
in ketosis, and I still am not today. I don’t know what I did wrong.
Am I just so super sensitive to carbs that I can’t have over like
13? Did the cabbage mess me up? Tomorrow will be week 2 of
induction. I have lost 5 lbs. Well, actually, after taking a
laxitive last night and going to the potty this morning, the scale
indicates that I’ve lost a total of 7 lbs. Help! What do I do. I am
obsessed with the keto sticks anyway. I got so sad that I felt like
eating a bag of potatoes and a cake. I am still on shaky ground now.
I feel like going in the kitchen and sabotoging this. Help me please!

The weighing scale refuses to budge. I am very heavily into ketosis. My

Are you sure you aren’t losing inches? How do your clothes fit? Maybe
you’re losing fat but gaining muscle if you’re exercising.
