Day 2 and so far… so good..

Well.. it’s day 2 and I’m feeling good.. no cravings at all and blood sugar is
better then it has been in months..
Is there a place for meal planning? I’m still trying to come up with a grocery
list for hubby. I have 2 others in my family who are in good weight.. but we
still want to cut down on the sugar/carb intake.. esp for my 6 yr old daughter
who is showing early signs of Diabetes.. (tho the Dr. says it’s ok..dont think
they are suppose to have a fasting count of over 200) (we are looking for a new
Dr. now.. )
Anyway.. everything is going good..
