Today was the 1 month mark so I hopped on the scale…(I usually only
weigh in on Monday and this past Monday I was still showing a
stall….2 weeks of it)…
4 pounds gone!! That brings my one month total to 18 pounds!…
I did a happy dance for about 3 minutes!
