was eating maybe 6 servings a day (whch included cream cheese). I’m having 3 oz.
a day now and have lost 1 lb. in 2 days.
I think you’re onto something there…because when I started
VERY carefully watching the amount of cheese, then that’s
when I enjoyed another few pounds lost.
I bought a diet scale (about $4 at WalMart) that goes up to
1 lb and now actually measure all cheese portions to ensure
that I’m keeping to the 4 oz. a day. I believe I was probably
going over that by an oz. or two a day before measuring.
