Atkins diet blog

Boy oh boy did I fall off the wagon yesterday! I started my day at work when
a factory rep. came to visit our store and he brought us all some glazed
donuts and hand delivered one to me. Then I figured “what the heck, I’ve
already been bad” and I continued my day with some pizza for lunch and then
I had some noodles with my dinner. Add that to the sugar I put in my coffee
and the popcicle I had last night and lets not forget the gobstopper candies
I had at work also. I am feeling very angry at myself today, but I am more
determined than ever to pick myself back up and start over with a vengeance.
Looking for a new me …
