<description>Hi everyone! I'm new to the group. I've been reading past posts and
find that a lot of people feel the same way I do. It's good to hear
that. I want to lose about 40 lbs. Just two years ago I was at my
goal weight (130 lbs). I can't believe how quickly those pounds
packed on. I did weight watcher's after I had my two boys and I lost
35 lbs and maintained that for a couple of years. I know my eating
habits have gotten pretty lax. I love BREAD and pizza. I have now
been doing Atkins for 2 weeks and it seems that I go down a pound or
two and then up again. I snack on cheese a lot. Is there a limit to
how much you can eat during the induction period? Any advice is
appreciated.
Good luck to everyone out there.
