I just want to thank you all…… for your kind words, and heart felt support.
It means so much to all of us to feel good about ourselves, and you just did
that for me. At this time in our lives, life changes are unfamiliar to all in
the beginning, Your kind response is just what the doctor ordered. So i will use
it as advice and motivation to keep me going as a part of my life change.

PS yes ED the weather is very nice, mid 80s to low 90s but monsoon rains will
be starting soon.(march and april) but the rain is very warm so you can
excersize and shower at the same time LOL Bye for now.
